论坛的策划、组织、主持和交流等环节将全部由学生开展，旨在激励学生积极交流、拓宽视野、追求卓越，遴选出的同学将以口头报告的形式参会交流。

3、光纤激光应用产业会议

Ø 光纤激光在切割/焊接领域应用

光纤激光切割与焊接技术通过高功率、高精度、高柔性的特性，重塑了工业制造的工艺链条。从汽车白车身的快速成型到心脏支架的微米级焊接，其应用深度与广度持续拓展。随着国产设备在核心器件（如光纤光栅、泵浦源）上的突破，未来光纤激光将进一步向 “高功率、短波长、智能化” 演进，成为中国高端制造升级的核心驱动力。

Ø 光纤激光在增材制造领域应用

光纤激光在高精度复杂零件制造、高端装备修复、定制化医疗植入物等领域不可替代。随着激光器功率提升、工艺智能化及材料体系拓展，光纤激光在增材制造中的应用将进一步向大规模工业生产渗透，并推动 “增材制造 + 传统加工”的hybrid模式成为主流。

Ø 光纤激光在量子通信领域的应用

光纤激光成为量子通信从实验室走向实用化的关键使能技术。其应用从QKD（量子密钥分发）扩展至量子纠缠分发、量子中继及天地一体化网络，尤其在长距离传输、抗干扰通信、多用户组网等场景中不可替代。随着高功率光纤激光、量子中继器和特种光纤技术的突破，光纤激光将推动量子通信向全域覆盖、高速率、智能化方向发展，为未来量子互联网奠定基础。

Ø 光纤激光在光电安全领域的应用

低功率光纤激光（如5-10W）可干扰敌方光电传感器（如坦克观瞄镜、无人机摄像头），使其暂时失明或误判目标。
