In recent years, the interdisciplinary development of optics and photonics, microelectronics, materials, chemistry, artificial intelligence, life sciences and other disciplines has spawned numerous new theories, methods and technologies. Optical engineering is empowering the industrial sector. The accelerated integration of next-generation information technology represented by the Internet, big data, artificial intelligence and optical engineering with the real economy is subverting traditional production, organizational and business models worldwide, driving industrial transformation and the growth of emerging industries. The in-depth integration of the digital economy and the real economy is accelerating the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, giving birth to new industries, business forms and models.
Against this background, the 9th International Conference on Intelligent Industry hosted by the Chinese Society for Optical Engineering will be held in Bao'an, Shenzhen from April 10 to 12, 2026. With the theme of "Innovation-Driven, Cross-Border Integration, Empowering Industries, Leading the Future", the conference will feature a special session themed "New Drivers Leading, Innovation and Co-Integration" and organize multiple special seminars and exchange meetings. Covering fields such as intelligent manufacturing, industrial internet, artificial intelligence, big data and intelligent sensing, it will conduct in-depth discussions on cutting-edge technologies and industrial trends.
